Shipping Policy

Due to COVID-19 and high volume shipping -- all orders are subject to delays

Standard shipping please allow up to 7-21 business days for processing, handling, shipping & delivery. This timeframe does not include weekends and holidays.

International shipping please allow 14-21 business days for processing, handling, and shipping unless you have opted for Express International (allow up to 5 business days).

* Please be sure to provide the correct shipping address at the time of checkout. We will not be able to update the shipping address after your order has been processed. If your order was shipped to an invalid address we cannot replace item(s) until the item has been returned to our office. You will be responsible for additional shipping costs. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows as delivered but you have not received your package, either your shipping carrier has misreported the delivery status in which case we recommend contacting them immediately. Once a package has left our facility we are no longer responsible for it and do not offer free replacements.

Steps to take: Contact your shipping carrier immediately and verify where they placed your package. Some carriers may hold your parcel at a local pickup facility if unable to deliver to your address. If you have proof of theft we recommend reporting to your local official's office. 

Filing an insurance claim: Some carriers offer insurance on lost packages. This is not always the case and at the discretion of the shipping company. Please contact your shipping carrier with your tracking information to file an insurance claim and determine if additional insurance may apply.
